Parasite Trip

Gran Touristas, Padiglione Italia, International Architecture Exhibition in Venice, 2012, Catania, Milan and Venice.

Exit the pavilions of the static biennial is becoming a real opportunity for a collective critical, confronting with the human environment. This is a trip through an ill-treated area, that does not receive love. The installation becomes the final step of an exploration path, which goes through the conflicting urban areas in the city. Along with eight installations with people, we met in walks through Milan, Catania and Venice. This process has turned into a psychological session, making us retrace our work just carrying it around. The ignorant elements of spatial contamination which developed year by year, have filled up our backpacks turning us into tourists of introspective travels.
